Dwayne McNeill is the Chair of the WRTBWA Board of Directors.

Jean-Paul

Jean-Paul Arsenault is the Secretary of the WRTBWA Board of Directors. Jean-Paul has been a member of the Board since 2013. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Forestry from UNB and an MBA from Université Laval. He grew up next to the Ellis River in Wellington and is an avid trout fisherman. He's passionate in his belief that we have to do a better job of protecting our natural resources and sees his role on the Board as a practical way to do this. Member of the HR committee.

Phillip

BEd, BA, Natural Resources Technology. Philip has decades of work experience in Conservation and Education. Worked for 12 years with the John Howard Society running a youth at risk program. Presently Philip works with the PEI National Park with their Resource Conservation Dept. Member of the Field committee and HR committee.

Shauna Barry is the Vice-Chair of the WRTBWA Board of Directors.
Clare

Living on Tracadie Bay I enjoy watching the bay change day by day and on some days hour by hour. With a background in science (B.Sc. Forestry) I am interested in working to have a healthy watershed for all its residents - human and non-human. I also draw on my M.Ed. to help others understand that everyone has a part in keeping our watershed flourishing. Member of the Communications and Outreach committee and the HR committee.
Roger

Roger Roy B.Sc Forestry, M.Sc. (Forest Ecology), Ph.D. (Forest management), bilingual, retired after 30 years teaching forest management at Université de Moncton. Also, currently active with Island Nature Trust and Canadian Forestry Accreditation Board. Lives on Blooming Point Road. Woodlot owner actively involved in its management. Member of the Field committee.

Brian A Gillis B.Env.Des., B.Arch. Practiced Architecture Gillis + Guimond Architects 20 years, Vice President APM Group 15 years, active Consultant in Strategic Real Estate Development, National Board service Heritage Canada, Vice Chair Canadian Architects Certification Board, Chaired PEI Habitat for Humanity Board, live in Brighton - Charlottetown, enjoy practicing & teaching Yoga, Choral Music and spoiling my grandchildren. Member of the Water committee.

Abigail

Abigail Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and International Development Studies from Dalhousie University. Her academic background focuses on ecology, environmental systems, and global development, with research and project experience related to sustainability, public engagement, and community-based initiatives. She has professional experience in education, communications, and analytical work across academic, public, and service settings. Abigail serves on the Board of Directors for the Winter River–Tracadie Bay Watershed Association and contributes to the Field committee and Communications & Outreach committee.
